FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 999. A flat Rs. 99 charge applies below that.

Delhi NCR: Once your order is ready, we'll notify you on WhatsApp — you can then schedule a Porter / Uber pickup at your convenience (pickup cost borne by you).

Outside NCR: Shipped via courier in 4–7 working days.

Love a scent or colour that's not listed? We can customise fragrance, colour, jar, labels and gift packaging to your preference. Custom orders may need a little extra lead time.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only for damaged products. Please report within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Bulk and custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged.

We accept UPI payments only. Simply add items to your cart and complete payment via the UPI QR code at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.

Everything you need to know before you order.

Just add your items to the cart, fill in your delivery details, and choose your payment method. We'll confirm your order on WhatsApp and get it ready for dispatch. No account needed, no app to download.
We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and bank transfers. Payment on delivery is not available as all candles are made to order.
Yes — message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production has started (usually within 3–4 hours), changes may not be possible.
Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days, with same-day Porter/Uber pickup available.
Rest of India: 4–7 business days via courier.
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 999 across India. For orders below Rs. 999, a delivery charge applies based on your location.
Yes, we deliver pan India. For remote areas, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
We use natural soy wax for shaped candles and a soy & gel wax blend for our premium jar candles. We never use paraffin.
Premium jar candles (Matcha series, Atelier Swirl, Beach Dreams) burn up to 60 hours. Shaped candles burn 8–20 hours, tea lights ~4 hours each.
First burn: Let the wax melt to the full edge (2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling.
Trim the wick to 5–6mm before every use.
Never burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch.
Absolutely — all shaped candles are fully customizable. Just add a note with your order or message us on WhatsApp.
No extra charge for standard colour and fragrance customization — it's included in the product price.
Yes! All LIT candles are packed beautifully by default. For a personalised gift message, mention it in the order notes or WhatsApp us.
